Return/Exchange Policy

Return Procedure

Though we are sad to see you go, we want to help you with this return!

The TronarTAB is backed with a 60-day trial. Our 60-day trial starts from when your package is delivered. If you are unhappy with your order and want to return within your trial period, we will accept it for a refund. Our Returns Department inspects each product returned. If it is returned damaged from negligence (i.e. you let your dog use it as a chew toy), we will not process your refund, and our Customer Happiness Team will notify you.

NOTE: If you made a purchase with a free add-on product and it is not returned with the products, we will charge you full price for the add-on.

To complete your return, please quote your order number in the email you sent us. We will provide an address where you could return your product. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
As soon we receive and inspect the returned products, we will notify you via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to the closest warehouse as instructed in the return email you will receive, should that be the case.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
